Did you check to see that your devices meet the minimum requirements for the app?
Perhaps a firmware update and WiFi module update is needed.
i need to update the wifi module, but there’s a problem error occur during file transfer, now i can’t even anle to open my ip address assigned to my p4, giving me error message, website unable to handle my request
You can flash and restore the WiFi module via USB connection with the WiFi-Firmware-Update-Tool,
which is packaged with recent GHL Control Center installations in the following subfolder:
'GHL Control Center\WiFi\WiFi-Firmware-Update-Tool'
You do not need implicitly to re-flash the filesystem, the configuration can be done
in GHL Control Center-System-Communication afterwards.

Same problem here...the connection via GCC is randomly working, while via browser always does. I've installed also the last version, the beta, but still no success.
I've tried it also on another computer, just to get this out of the equation, again, not working. I have the latest FW version both for profilux and the wifi module.
So, what should I do? Return it as RMA?
This must be a problem in the running configuration. Which device are you speaking about, a Doser 2 with wfifi connection?
