Help profilux 4 blocked after failed update((

I said try to update it to 7.10 and in the middle of the update I got an error, I turned it off and lived to turn it on and it came out that was updated to 7.10, but I did not work any button of the profilux, let me connect via app and pc, I went back to update it in the emergency mode and when it is finished I get this happy message:

You say it updated to 7.10 and you could connect with the app and PC. Only the touch keys were not functional?

Did you try to do the update with GCC again?
What was the previous FW you had on your P4?

If I can connect and after updating, the profilux recognizes me the maxi doser and the pumps work very well, but the tactile buttons of the profilux do not work well.
I made an emergency update, but arriving at the end of the process I get a message that I described in the previous photo.
I do not remember the firmware well, it was inside GHL Control Center 1.1.02

If all else is working, the touch keys may just need to be calibrated.

Please follow the steps in this video and let us know if that solves the problem.
