Default Profilux 3ex clock and date keep reset after power off.

    Dear GHL,

I've been using GHL Profilux since 2013, it always run without problem.
But for the last 3 months or so, I noticed that everytime the power off,
my Profilux clock and date always resetting to CLOCK (00.00.00) DATE (09/12/10)

So all my profilux timers and schedules will screw up, I will need to manually set the date and clock.
Can you diagnose whats wrong with my Profilux? is the CMOS battery died? or the unit just faulted.....

Looking forward to hear from you,

    best regards,
    Irsandy H

been 5 months since I post my problem, but it seems no one can give me any hint.....
The problem still persist, and I'm building a new tank, I really wish to re use my profilux again.
Can anyone help me fix my profilux? it seems that the RTC (real time clock) may had just died.....
I opened the case, but could not find anything resembeling RTC.......

    thanks anyway

there is no CMOS battery which keeps the clock running during power off, there is a gold cap (this big round yellow or blue thing on the mainboard)

    it seems it reached EOL

-> can be replaced if wished
