Powerbar 6D Not Functioning After Firmware Update

I installed the GHL Control Center version 1.0.8.6. After the installation, I updated the firmware to version 6.28 that came with the GHL Control Center. The Powerbar 6D does not show up in the System view of the GHL Control Center, and all the power sockets do not have power (do not turn on). Note I have two GHL Dosers (older model) connected to the Powerbar. The dosers are functioning properly. Please help.

What is the status of the COM and PWR light on the powerbar?

PWR is green (blinking), and COM light is off.

Also, tried replacing the network cable (cat 5), and COM light remains off.

Can you please check to see if the "Digital" communication for the S-port is enabled?

What is the best method of communication for a customer to get a timely support? I also tried email the support team but no response.

Going back and reading your previous posts, you mention you have two Gen 1 dosers connected to this powerbar, then say you swapped the cat 5 cable which is not the cable used for the Powerbar 6D. Only the Powerbar 6D-PAB uses cat5 style cables, whereas the original 6D version does not.

Do you have a Powerbar 6D or Powerbar 6D-PAB?

I've Powerbar 6D-PAB. The first doser is connected to the S port, and the second doser is connect to the first doser. Both dosers are functioning.
