Just got a iphone 6, downloaded app ,
does not work, stops at blue screen.
tried to uninstall, power off phone and tried again, but still does not work

On the meantime, you can remotely access your ProfiLux using myGHL.

i'm trying to connect to myGHL for this reason however i get stuck on this step

Yes you need a PC to setup myGHL and need to use GHL Control Center.

can i use just a regular VGA or usb cable to hook up my laptop to the profilux? also where do i find my myGHL ID?

Yes, you can use a USB cable to connect to your ProfiLux over GHL Control Center.

Your myGHL-ID is located in the system settings page of GCC.
