Has anyone had this error before? What causes it? How do we fix it?
Why isn’t there a decent F***ing manual out for this kit?

Where is the leak coming from?
The probe locking nut?
If so, please add some Vaseline to the rubber ring as noted in the manual.
Hi Vinny thanks for the reply but to be clear there is no leak but it is reporting that I have a leak, if it was leaking then it would make sense why I have an alarm but it isn’t leaking
This alarm is triggered when there is water detected INSIDE the device (the KHD would not know if there is a leak outside, e.g. in the tubing, how should it)
possible reasons:
- nut was not tight, water came out and got somehow into the device
- leak in internal tubing or measurement cell - not very likely because all devices must pass a pressure test
So there is only one way to find out:
- Unplug the device (no power, no communication)
- open it and check for water
no matter what the result is:
a) no water - false alarm
b) water
you need to contact service@ghl-kl.de in order to get this fixed
Thank you vinny and this is exactly the response I was hoping for.
