Transmission range of PWC to/from Profilux

Hi,
I just need to know what the transmission range is for the PWC in the profilux to the Mitras.
My profilux is 2.5 meters away from the Mitras but there is a timber floor between them as well.

Profilux and Mitras do not seem to be communicating at this range...

Any ideas ?

the same as for wifi and bluetooth

in open field up to 100m, walls and other obstacles reduce this

for testing if the communication works at all place the lamp nearby the PLM-PWC
