Problem switching redox to ph on an expansion card

Hi all

I have bought the "PLM-pH-Redox-2Level" expansion card and I don't know how to switch from redox to ph. It seems only capable of measuring Redox
I would really appreciate your help

Hi Ignasi,

The switchable option is available in GCC.

Go to the Redox probe settings page and click on Change measurement range. Once you confirm the message, you will be disconnected from your P4. Reconnect and you'll see that the new pH probe is listed.

You can change the measurement range from the P4 itself or GCC.


Directly on the P4
1. Press any arrow key and select Sensor settings
2. Select the probe you wish to change, Redox.
3. Select Measurem. range
4. Select pH-value and save settings

I don't have the P4, I have P3 and I don't find the option you are talking about
Is it because of the version of the firmware?

The steps are the same for the P3.

As long as the P3 detects the expansion card and new probes are enabled, the option will be available.

I don't have this option
Under sensor settings I have the following options:
- Activity
- Nominal Value
- Operation hours
- Hysteresis
- Alarm
- Current act. value
- Operation mode control
- Signal filter

My firmware version is 6.21 and the model is P3.1 T ex
