Vortech Pumps don't come back on after power loss

I had to unplug my Profilux 4 today to tidy up my wiring. When I put the power back on the Vortech pumps didn't come back on. I tried to unplug the pumps and they power up for a couple of seconds and then turn off. It appears that the Vortech controller module is telling them to turn off.

I had to unplug the Vortech controller PAB cable to get them to work. I don't want to programme them every time they need to be turned off. Is there another way?
