MP40QD showing Firmware 0. and Type Unknown

Hi,

I'm in the process of setting up a new tank and I just tried to add one of my Vortech Pumps to my Profilux.

When I add my pump, it shows, but with a Firmware of "0."

I have tried to update the firmware, but when I press and hold the Set button, I see a flash, but it never goes to flashing blue as the documentation describes.

Am I missing something obvious?

With the current settings, the pump powers on, then all LED's go blank for a period before it falls back to manual operation.

It actually appears to control OK - just doesn't show firmware version correctly.

Any ideas why they aren't showing correctly?

Which Profilux, with which firmware version do you use
