Problem with Mean Weel LCM-60DA and PLM-DALI

Hello,
I just bought and installed Profilux 4 unit with additional PLM-DALI (v1.03) extension card to control four channels diy led lamp with four Mean Well LCM-60DA drivers. Problem which i have is communication between Profilux Dali card and LCM-60DA drivers - Dali card not detecting drivers. Lamp is now working at 100% illumination and voltage measured from Dali card it showing me 13.9V. I don't know, if extension card is faulty or drivers aren't compatible with this card.
I tested four drivers connected at the same time and single driver connection and Profilux is still quickly showing message " 0 devices found". I disconnected led output and i repeated test without success. Dali wires are short as possible.

In System menu i can see connected PAB units (powerbar and doser) and Dali extension card but when i click on Dali card i have no options.
Before i spend more money and i will buy a new drivers suggested by Dali website (link below) how i will know that PLM-DALI is meeting Dali specification. Can i send to GHL LCM-60DA unit for quick verification?
