problem with waste water pipe and vent pipe

Hi guys i install my kh director set and have many trouble with it.

first when doser pump charge new water tank inside cell the waste water pipe exit from KHD get too much pressure and 9/10 times explode and detach from doser head blowing all liquid on my ground.

Vent rear tube seems low pressure and i think is a problem inside the KHD.

secodn i have too many bubbles from reagent pipe and false measure ..i try all solution here written but no solve..
