Energy Options Screen and Light Composer Question???

My Max Output Power on the Energy Options screen is set at 50% and mode is High Efficiency.
I just downloaded the "Mitras LX HighK with Morning Iwasaki phase" project and when I look at it in Light Composer the "Brightness" column is set to 100% during certain times.

Do I need to adjust the "Brightness" column down to 50% during the times it is at 100% to protect my corals?

There are 2 cases:

You already had you own project with 100% of brightness so you don't have to set the brightness to 50% in the new one.
You had your own project with less than 100% then you have to reduce the brightness of the project OR the max output power in energy options.

In fact the maximum output power in energy options affects onto entire lighting power of mitras. So if it will be too bright you can reduce the max output power.
