Is there any way you could log in to his pc? like using log me in a free service or
equivalent ? and go thro settings and double check everything is correct you can then communicate via a word/wordpad document displayed on his screen then you could see the problem for yourselfs and hopefully resolve the issue
this is how I got my email and internet access up and running on my P3ex a fellow reefer kindly logged on to my laptop and went thro my settings he got it up and running there was no obvious reason for it not to work! but he had to try several different things to get it going we still dont know why it did not work :confused:
is there any plans for a tech support phone number? as it would be nice to have the personal touch for this great range of products :cool:
