What would you recommend High Efficiency or High Output.
Also if you put it on High Output will it cause heating issues as I noticed mine heat up quickly on high output.
I have 2 hanging lengthwise over a 5 foot tank and the light from these is intense.
Replaced a Blau 5 foot 6x80watt T5 fitting.
I have to say these are definitely brighter.

It really depends on your coral and your long-term goal. I would start off at "High Efficiency" and if you don't get the results you're looking for crank it up to High Output. I don't think there is any one set answer to the question other than "It depends".

Take some pictures of your tank and set-up and share them back here with the rest of us.

if your tank needs "high output mode" than don't worry to use it, there won't be heat issues, the lamps are constucted for this
