Profilux email works no information but how to get the data and alarm info

I have been received email from Profilux but it's empty.I tied ProfiLuxControl 5 and 6 both work but no info in it. How to add such as sensor datas and Alarm info etc.

PLII or PL3? Sent from PLC Software or from PL3 directly?

If it´s from PL3 sent directly:

At first you have to ensure that you have the latest firmware 5.05f
Then you have to set up a mail template with the codes from http://support.aquariumcomputer.com/german/download.php?did=144

this is the template I use ( found it on the forum, and adapted a little bit it to my setup)
and this is nearly the max of the template (a few chars more and you not able to add more chars into PLC :(

Yes it's from PL3 sent directly and Yes I am using 5.05f.

Please explain more details about how to set up a mail template with the codes. should I copy this and paste to some where?

you have to create a new email message ( in plc )

And as a contents of this message you can put the above template
in my case this will generate a email like this

then you can customize the template to your setup ( chosing the correct the lvl sensors ) I have levle 1 and Level 4 etc...

How should we know? Maybe it´s cause you have programmed it.

In general it looks good, but you have a prob with your temp probe I think
