Hello all,

i'm a soon to be new owner of a Profilux Plus II.
However it's a little blurry to me.
What do I really need to get started?

For the start I'd like to measure temperature (that's included in de computer)
and I'd like to automaticly fill vaporized water.

Do I only need 1 level sensor then?

Do I need anything else to get started?

A dosingpump for example, does it matter wich brand this is?
Do I need a powerbar to be able to switch a dosingpump with the Profilux?

Hope someone can help me,
I'd be very grateful!

Grtz, Chris

PS. an answer in German is fine to, I just can't write German that well, reading however is no problem ;)

Hello,

you will need:

1x ProfiLux Plus II (incl. Temp. sensor)
1x Optolevel
1x PL-LF-Base
1x PL-LF-S12, angled
1x Powerbar STDL4-4-D or Powerbar6D-D to switch the pump that shall fill the vaporized water.
(using a dosing pump to refill the water is not recommended since it is not suited to fill
large amounts of water)

If you don't like to measure other values -then that's all you need for the start.

Ok, it has been a while, but now I have:

1x Profilux plus II
1x Optolevel
1x PL-LF-Base
1x PL-LF-S12, angled
1x Powerbar

I was wondering how to mount the PL-LF-Base to the sump on a vertical glass strip.
I can't see how to do that with the supplied black mounts.
A picture would be very nice.

Also I can't find it anywhere, the optolevel has to be slightly above the water,
it's no problem if it gets submerged in water?

Hope to hear from you, tnx in advance!

Grtz, Chris

Concerning the mounting of the PL-LF-Base, I will send a PM.

The level sensor has to be placed horizontally, so in order that the top of the sensor gets
contact with water, it has to be submerged slightly.
