Hi,
I have this error code of "Communication error code 28" when I tried to connect my PC to Profilux II Light. I have also tried 2 notebook (vista and Xp) and 2 USB-Serial converter with 2 different chipset but still getting the same error code.
My current connection was,
Notebook(Vista) -> USB-Serial converter -> Profilux-ser cable -> PII Light
ProfiLux II Light's FW : Version is 5.00,
Software :ProfiLuxControl 5.0.2.5.
Please kindly helps.
