Firmware 5.00n and ProfiLuxControl 5.0.0.10

Hi,

firmware 5.00n for ProfiLux 3 and ProfiLuxControl 5.0.0.10 is ready for download.

The Webserver made progress - sensor settings can be changed there.

Further improvements: Speed and reliability of connections from PC to ProfiLux.

Important: Since settings can be changed now via the web interface a passwrod protection is necessary!

2 user names are existing:
Admin - this user can change settings
Guest - only viewing of settings and states

Passwords can be set with ProfiLuxControl under System->Webserver.

Is that corrupted file or is that German?

I have set a password and I cant login, is it asking for a username/ password or just a password?

it works for me.

be carefull the pwd/login is case sensitive. and ith the guest account you can still change the values in the webgui, but they are not saved :)

Would not update the latest version. Tried to download the same as the others and got an error that it lost communication at 100% as it loads the bios file. Doing this through the USB cable.

I did my update via serial to usb convertor, last update I did an update via usb it failed also ( had to use the FR tool afterwards )
Before that I did alot of updates via USB and never had any issues.

I could not update, I get a communication error (I've tried USB and RS-232)

Other times he finished loading the firmware left a button on the profiluxcontrol, not now.

I had to load it with flashFR first, after I was on 5.00n I could use PLC to reload.

i had no trouble doing the upgrade. i did the firmware upgrade first then installed the new software version.

i just cannot log into the webserver anymore, i get the message "ACCESS DENIED". i log in as admin and the password of my choosing that i set on the system tab-webserver

My weekend has been a bit buys with tech help over this latest firmware and i ust want to say here what I say to those who phone me at 8pm on a saturday evening :eek:

This is Beta, it is said in the update to this effect, so if you do not want to help in development please use a non Beta software and firmware version ;)

Back onto Beta testing, on Lan connection ProfiLux control drops out about once every 10 seconds, with error 62.

I am going to move my router closer to the ProfiLux to see if this cures it, possible signal loss in 50' of Cat 6

I try to remove my security on my internet connection (security on the router), the problem seems to be missing!:D

I am having this same issue, but with using a wireless bridge.
