How to reset myghl ID for registration?

Just bought a slightly used GHL doser 2.1 from another reefer, but I cannot register the myghl ID online because it is already taken. How do I reset or obtain a new myghl ID now that I am the new owner of this doser? Please help!

The previous owner must remove the device from their own myGHL account before you can add it to your myGHL account.
