Hello
I'm thinking of creating a biotope planted Amazon for pterophyllum altum.
My aquarium has the following measures 135x60x65.

Plants do not want lot of needs in terms of light and are :

1) Hydrocleis Nymphoides.
2) Echinodorus bleheri.
3) Heteranthera zosterifolia.
4) Sagittaria sp.

I would use the mitras bar Lightbar II model 130.
I ask, you by your opinion a bar is enough? or you have to use two of them?

P.S. Also ask when the new profiLUX 4 will be available for sale

Thank you all

Hi,

A single Mitras Lightbar 2 130cm will be able to cover that size aquarium, but you will get the most lighting flexibility and spread by using two LB2. If you start with a single unit, you can add an additional unit by connecting it to our Mitras LB-Splitter accessory.

We are now taking pre-orders for the ProfiLux 4. They are not yet listed in our online shop, but will be in the next few days. On the meantime, you can place your order by sending an email to: info@ghl-kl.de
