Doser 2 Wifi and cloud setup

I am setting up a new doser 2. I am unable to get the wifi or myghl to work, but I can connect to the Doser over Lan using the computer or phone app. Using the Lan, I am unable to connect to myghl.

Using the wifi setup I can find my network and I filled out all the info, yet I cant connect to it over wifi using the phone app.

It seems to be a timeout problem. You should also update your firmware.

I am trying to do the same, however it is not working,

I had the doser set up via wifi, the upgraded the firmware, and not able to connect via LAN or wifi
